Invermark House is a family run Guest House, professionally run, offering our guests first class accommodation with an emphasis on personal attention in a relaxed and homely environment. Invermark House is an elegant, detached Victorian Villa set in its own spacious, peaceful and pleasant grounds. The property was built in 1856 at the time of the Jute Mill boom when it is claimed that Broughty Ferry was one of the wealthiest suburbs in Europe. We are listed in the Michelin Guide. We are situated within 10 minutes drive from Carnoustie and offer excellent packages for golfers visiting Scotland. The town centre of Broughty Ferry , only 5 minutes walk away, offers a wide and varied range of shops, restaurants and pubs. Breakfast is server in our attractive spacious,open dining room with pleasant views towards our garden's at the front and rear of the property. Breakfast is served between 7 am and 9 am Monday to Friday and 8.30 am to 9.30 am Saturday and Sunday. We cater for vegetarians and those with special dietary needs.If you are leaving earlier than these times please contact us and we will arrange either an earlier breakfast time or a cold breakfast tray for you. If you would like to try our local Arbroath Smokies we would be delighted to oblige provided the request is made the day before.We offer a choice of Double, Twin, Single and Family rooms. All our rooms are tastefully decorated, furnished and spacious. Our Guest House is situated on the A930. If arriving from Dundee Train station, Take the A92 towards Broughty Ferry then the A930.
